You can't concentrate on anything, there's just too much going on in your head.
Your head feels like it might explode. It does so in the form of tears.
And then theres the fear, the anxiety, the feeling of the world that you thought you knew has come apart at the seams, and you keep telling yourself it's gonna be ok, but the fear is still there.
And the uncertianty.
Cos it could have been a whole lot worse, could have been tragic consequences.
Life is not something to take for granted
But then, there's the sick feeling that it might, just might turn out that way after all...
I don't want to think about that.
Just gotta keep on with the positive mental attitude, and keep hoping for the best.
